A ridiculous and unrealistic contract, which does not value their clients in times of need. They have completely dismissed all requests and ignored them. I would not recommend Navarra Venues to anyone, their customer service is atrocious and absolutely disgusting in the wedding business. You do not feel as a valued client or even important when planning your own wedding.

I hope people think about this venue twice when booking and ignore the hype they present which realistically isn't even there.
