We were booked in a room overlooking the twin towe...

We were booked in a room overlooking the twin towers and were surprised by a deluxe room with a different view. The room was never comfortable in the East Wing, where there were many problems, not very clean and old .. After a complaint we were taken to the west wing KL tower, they gave us a nice apology and very wonderful service made up for the first mistake .. The duration of our 5 day stay was very nice plus a varied breakfast .. The beautiful west wing gets a 5 star rating compared to the est wing very bad gets negative 5
