There are some great people who work here but quality customer service is a hit or miss. Geesh. I literally have to call this place 3 and 4 times before someone can help me, properly. I just called this morning to make an appointment. Sounds easy enough-right? Well, not really.
The first time I called this morning, I was placed on hold for about 8 mins. I hung up and called back 2 times. No answer. In fact, by the 5th ring the call was disconnected. I believe someone hungup. Then I tried again. This time someone spoke to me. The young woman told me that she would connect me to the proper doctor's office. I said thank you and then in the process of "connecting" me- she instead hung up on me. I really need to make an appointment. It's bad enough my primary doctor left without informing his patients. Whittier didn't send out a notice to let people know that they need to find another PC physician, either. I had to find out that my doc no longer works there by trying to set up a routine appointment. And now I'm getting no customer service to help me make an appointment with a new doctor. I have sun poisoning. I have side effects that are concerning. I need an appointment. Come on. Smh. Now I'm thinking I might be better off becoming a patient at Codman Square Health Center. From my understanding - the service there is way better! Please. Do better. People's health concerns are to be taking seriously.
