I had to come in 3 separate times to get an advert...

I had to come in 3 separate times to get an advertised product. I called 1st, was told it was in and then disappointed once I drove to the store to buy it. On the 3rd trip, an employee got angry because I didn't want him leaning on my cart as I waited to be checked out, telling me "I work here!" I explained to him that was the very reason he shouldn't be leaning all on my cart! Turns out, he was the baggage guy. When it was my turn to be checked out he didn't want to help with my bags claiming I didn't want him touching my cart! I expect to be treated better. I know I wouldn't have that issue at Costco or Sam's Club!
