The owner is a terrible at customer service and they actually sent wrong part late and then refused to give us our money back or the replacement part. They ripped us off.

In regards to the owners response listed below : that is not what happened at all and if you would have listened instead of constantly interrupting us then you would have heard what really happened in this case. Also take into consideration that you're not the only person we had spoken with the 3 times we had to call your company and if your representative told is something than yes you're still responsible for following thru with that because that representative actuallly represents your business and reputation as a business. Saying I don't care what my rep told you doesn't take care of miscommunication and issues with orders so they are only going to continue to happen in the future which is what I predict for your business. Also if someone pays $45.00 for Saturday shipping and then also $173.00 for a part they never received the correct item or received one from your company at all, you would think they would get more than $25 refunded back.
