I've been watching on YouTube for a while now and the store lived up to everything I had hoped for. What surprised and delighted me the most about my experience in the store was how attentive, helpful, and caring the staff were.
I run a retail store as well and if I could bring my team to this store just to see how retail customer service should be I would.
