I''d give the store 5 stars, but first the location is not Bond street at all!
So save yourself walking up and down the street trying to locate, store as it is on Lafayette almost in the middle of the block. Away should put that info somewhere visible, either online or on the street!
The doorman residential building on 10 Bond street mentioned how many people walk in the every dry day trying to find the store.
The protection bag had a green stamp stain and luggage label some deep dents...mmmm..
Sales girl was helpful and friendly and replaced those after I showed her.
