My wife and I had a pleasant experience with our recent car purchase from BMW Mountain View. The sales associate who worked with us, Jeremy W., was very professional and helpful. We had shopped around at other dealerships, but Jeremy stood out for his ability to answer our questions knowledgeably without making us feel rushed or pressured in any way. He demonstrated commitment in staying late to finish our paperwork. The facilities were also clean, and everyone wore masks and maintained proper distance.
