Experience has been terrible. If you are looking for Property Management Services, steer away from this company! Heritage has promised over and over again to take care of issues with our neighborhood's common areas. Structures that need finishing (never completed), electrical boxes not capped, shrubs in poor condition, etc. I and other residents have brought these issues to Heritage time and again. They always commit that they will take care of it - but nothing happens. Typical responses include: "thanks for bringing that to our attention - we'll take care of it!", "yes we are aware, the budget to take care of the issues was just approved!", "sorry this has been delayed - it's scheduled for next month"......
Be prepared to wait years. Completely unacceptable.
