Great place,spacious,extremely clean,wonderful people from management,porters and waitress. Sphiwe was outstanding making sure my daughter was well taken care of, not forgetting the ever smiling Gift and Qiniso who were always willing to help.Location is to die for the easy access to the mall is everything. Truly is an 5 star hotel,I'd personally thank each and every employee who made our stay a memorable one. Going back to Durban after 4 days was really hard having to leave this place behind. Thank you
