This property management is a cheek. We had water damage last year, not our own fault. They sent a company to dry the damp spots. While painting the painter said that it is not dry yet and that mold will develop again. He said this to the administration and he still had to paint over everything. Today after a year we have black mold again in the same place. Bad how to play with people's health just to save money.
