Our service advisor was very personable and seemed professional. The airbag recall was completed promptly.

Our advisor tried talking us out of using their system to check 2 error codes (check engine & SRS). He said it was too expensive but finally relented after I asked twice. Also, I asked him 3 times to fix the weather strip on the driver s door but he did not seem interested in the repair and it did not get fixed.

I can fix most mechanical issues but do not have access to an ODB reader or the weatherstrip. In this case, I was willing to trade time for cost to have Honda perform the diagnostics.
