We went for a wedding, food was medicore not great, service was spotty some was good some was bad. We would wait forever for drinks. Need to check batteries on doors because we got locked out of our room and they had to tear it apart to change it. Would not replace my huge bottle of mamajuana that the housekeeping broke would not reimburse me for the ruined clothes and the assistant manager was rude as could be and called us liars. Good thing the bride spoke Spanish and called him out. Would not recommend this resort at all due to their lack of customer service and everyone pushing you to buy a timeshare or anything that cost. Luckily we had good weather and a fun group.
