Very poor customer service. Gave in my phone for a repair as directed by LG G4 customer service for a boot loop problem. Waited for almost 2 weeks before I called the company only to find out they have not been working on my phone because they did not have an authorized IMEI number from LG. Rather than calling me to let me know this , so I can resolve the issue by contacting LG, they simply did not fix my phone for the past two weeks. When I called in to inquire of the phone status, the customer care rep tells me to contact LG to confirm payment as they have not been working on my phone. Extremely disappointed
in this company .
