Overall Review: Slightly confusing in some respects, but great deals and rarities are still aplenty! I caught word of this place from an old roommate, and decided to bring in 10-15 fairly common games and an old DS Lite for trade in and walked out with 90 bucks.

Regarding the trade in process:
I do appreciate that they allow ship ins for long distance customers, but I would first verify that your games are in working condition beforehand. I decided to come in person, and ended up discovering my most valuable game cartridges needed multiple solid cleanings before they could be verified as working, a discovery that would've lost me a fair sum of money had I just shipped them in. This was no fault of the store's, and I definitely wasn't surprised to find that out.

The biggest issue that I felt wasn't clearly communicated when in person was the conversion ratio for store credit to cash out value. While the website's account credit appears as expected in USD, it doesn't equate 1:1 on the dollar, but actually 70% (value x .7). After calling a few days after my visit, I was under the impression I had a total trade in value of around $130, but when cashed out, only came up to $92. I can understand their logic behind this rule because it encourages customers to keep their account credit for better deals in the store, I just felt that this could have been more clearly communicated both in person and the website.
