Our power went out due to a huge windstorm that happened and they fixed everyone's power around us. Said they fixed ours and marked it off as restored. My house and my neighbors house are literally the only house in a huge area that doesn't have power and now they are saying it can take up to 5 more days for ours to be restored. People Are counting on you to do your job right and you won't even come back and fix it. Yes I know there are dozens of people with out power but you need to fix your mistake.
