Worst service ever. Eir doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.

This company tries to squeeze every penny out of you when you cancel the service with them. i used their broadband for 2 years and called to cancel at 12th June but only processed the cancellation at 2nd July. The reason I was told is because I never told them to cancel the landline together with the broadband?? I called and told them I'm moving home so I'm cancelling the service and my account. Just full of lies. When I asked to get out the records of my last call to eir, the customer service staff told me she can't see any evidence that I called eir at 12th June. OMG I have records on my phone ok?! This is just the worse company ever and always tries to squeeze a few extra euros out of the customers.

Client service equals to zero and eir made cancellation so so so difficult. You have to call them and wait nearly ONE HOUR on the line! And once you get connected, they say they process your cancellation but they never did. The next time you speak to a different staff, she won't acknowledge that you submitted queries last time because somehow that call I made just never happened according to her????
Such a disgrace company and I will let everyone I know to stay away from this company.
