My wife and I had been pondering getting a new vehicle and had visited just about every dealership in a 50 mile radius. On this particular date we went to Fort Mill Ford. We were met by Robbie Cagle and he did something that no other sales pro had ever done. He didn't send us on countless test drives, making promises he couldn't keep, no he talked to us and heard our story and what we needed. He then began looking at the real facts and figures to determine whether or not we could achieve our goal of a new or used car. Once he had everything he needed we began looking at cars. With my car having high miles and some upside down issues and my wife's car having almost 300k miles on it Robbie and the team at Fort Mill had their work cut out for them. Long story short not only did we get a new car but we bought 2 new cars and both my wife and I could not be more pleased with our F150 and Mustang. I can't say enough about how the staff and management went above and beyond to meet our family's needs. Bottom line is, folks we all know if you have been to any dealership how the game is played and the expectations of working through a car buying transaction. These folks really made that experience as painless as possible and were so attentive and kind. Thank you to everyone that worked with me and my wife on this transaction and I will send as many folks there to purchase their new or used cars.
