Purchased a full kitchen aid set, they delivered the units and were to return and re-install... two times - no show, no call, nothing, the local store never answers their phone, always get transferred to cooperate and they never know anything or can help with anything! Re-scheduled for the 3rd time... no discounts or anything! I seriously want them to take back their appliances and purchase elsewhere! DO NOT PURCHASE THRU THEM!
