My absolute favorite gym. Friendly staff, very clean equipment and floors, nice cozy locker room with a sauna and jacuzzi. This has been my spot for years now, love going here especially early morning or later evening when there's almost no one here.

Since the remodel, I've been able to get a lot more free weight work in which is what I like most.

I also love being able to go up to Murphy's after a good workout to get a beer at one of the best spots on 2nd St.

Highly recommend this gym!!!
