i really dont understand how people are saying it...

i really dont understand how people are saying it the best in the world!
this university is so unorganized !
they dont go according to their academic calendar
conducts very late external exams
they change the date sheet either postpone or sometime pre-pone three days before the exam !
they are so unorganized! trust me if you are a non resident of kerala and came to study here for your ug or pg youll simply hate this university coz of its working!
