I am so upset. I called rose hills the first week of Mother Day and I asked them when I should remove the stuff from my moms gravesite. The lady I spoke to advised me that on the 20th all things had to be picked up. I asked her more than one time and she assured me that the pick up date was on the 20th. To my surpirse, I went yesterday to go pick up my moms stuff and they threw everything away. I started crying because I bought my mom so many cute things to decorate for Mothers Day. This shouldve not happened and it did because the lady on the phone gave me wrong information. It was about 300 dollars worth of stuff. Everything was brand new and I am so disappointed because I previously had given 5 stars.
