I would give them no stars if I could. They stood...

I would give them no stars if I could. They stood us up for our first appointment...then foolishly when we call to make the second 7 months later, we get the appointment on the books, only to find out 15 minutes later that though the map on their website indicates that we are very well inside of their service area (north west NJ), they have to have an affiliate company come instead.

Name of this company...? Your guess is as good as their customer service rep's. Phone number..same thing. It literally sounded like the girl was making this up as she was going along.

I've never tried so hard to give my money to someone...

I get it, fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me.

If their work is as terrible their customer service is, I'd rather have my neighbors kid waterproof my basement.

Piss-poor first impression, even worse second impression...that's all you get...two shots, I'll take my business elsewhere.
