Terrible service! I was there on November 4 at 12:15 p.m., to see about buying either an iPad Air or Pro. Wanted to understand the differences and what I would be getting for the price I would be paying. I had already done some research but had additional questions. The salesman I was assigned was more interested in checking his own phone, and was totally distracted by that. Was not helpful at all. Suggested I "play around" with their in-store models to find out which I liked better, but wasn't willing to take the time to listen to my questions and answer them. He was a complete dufus. I went there ready to spend money but left after my encounter with this guy with my money in my pocket. I am also an Apple shareholder and so will be complaining to corporate about this.
