Nice hotel - too bad front desk staff are horrible...

Nice hotel - too bad front desk staff are horrible, inept & down right discourteous.......but as can be expected for a Navajo nation run business. Stayed here 5 times & has declined considerably since my 1st stay, so needless to say this will be my last. Being Navajo myself, I try to support native american businesses, but it's clear the Navajo Nation knows or cares nothing about customer service/satisfaction. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere for a decent nights stay.
