They want to play games ( We have a process). Taking the keys to the trade in leaving them in the managers office. Not willing to showing the numbers for the trade, trying to talk payment and down before we ever come to a agreed final number. I was very straight and ask several times (1) What's the price of the new one (2) what's the trade value of mine. They would not provide this. It's the reason people hate trying to buy.
