Completely failed to deliver my order and didn't refund my money!!

I totally regret trusting this company with the delivery of my parents 60th anniversary gift which they failed to have arrive on the day, or even the day after... In fact it never arrived and I'm yet to get a full refund or apology .

Instead I received total attitude form the 'owner' of the business for even questioning why it was never delivered. Unbelievable!

The website states a 1 to 2 day delivery which I planned ahead for. Spoke to the abrupt owner who stayed delivery delays are due to covid. Really? Covid delays simply across town?

I suggested they remove the 1 to 2 day delivery from the website in this case.
Regardless , it's day 4 since I ordered it. thehthe anniversary come and gone and still no delivery and no full refund. Only a partial one!

It's actually illegal to charge a credit card in full and fail to deliver a product and that's exactly what's happened.

What's the point of being in the business of helping people celebrate an occasion if they miss the occasion all together and then don't fully refund you for a gift that has vanished??

My email has been ignored so I'm taking this through the proper channels to get my money back.

If you want a gift delivered, try ANYWHERE ELSE .
