I spent less then an hour at Mercedes of Long Beach today and was very, very pleased with their service after feeling screwed out of my day from spending 3 1/3 hours at Mercedes of South Bay today and who could not address my concerns and did not address my concerns . I called Mercedes of Long Beach to see if they could help while waiting at Mercedes of South Bay. I was told " Sure we can accommodate....." So I drove out of Mercedes of South Bay who probably don't know and don't give a damn that I actually pulled out of there only to arrival at Mercedes of Long Beach. The staff made me feel very welcomed and even had the part needed on hand. Long Beach took great care of me in a very short period of time and was percent accommodating. Thank you Mercedes of Long Beach.....my day was beginning to feel wasted until you made things brighter for me. XOXOXO on your customer service and professionalism today.
