Food was great but the service was incredibly slow...

Food was great but the service was incredibly slow considering the room had around 10-15 staff and it was almost empty. I sat with a wine glass empty for 30 minutes before being offered another drink. Beef Wellington was on excellent but we won't be visiting again.
