I purchased my first Mercedes 2 months ago. I was concerned about being able to afford this type of vehicle and if I was able to afford it would I be able to take care of the maintenence. As soon as our salesman Mike introduced himself to me I knew I was going to be in great hands. He showed me multiple options in high and lower price ranges. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had! They took care of absolutely everything I needed taken care of. Last week I was having some challenges with a few things on my dashboard. I made one phone call to Richie (he's the service manager) and it was taken care of with speed and courtesy. Oh, and did I mention that they will wash and detail your car anytime you need it. I can not say enough great things about the experience and the amazing customer service I have had with Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas. They are first class!!
