A few people were a little rude and on edge (service writers and service staff), not just one but several. However I went to the sales floor and people were extremely nice and polite along with the ladies at the service desk. While I'm not expecting a massage, I am expecting a little courtesy as customer. From what I can tell the work from the shop was done well so no complaints there.
