Mess! I have been fighting Vestia for 4 years. Is about mold, leaks and underwater running of my basement. Until now, Vestia has never bothered to crack down on this issue. I pay my rent every month and despite the fact that this is done neatly, Vestia just leaves me in the dark.

Appointments are not kept. When you call you are never treated properly and you are snubbed.

Advice:
Vestia must organize its business better, give better advice and customer friendliness can be increased from me to 100%.
