In 2009, I was searching for a light at a dental convention when I can to this booth. Sales people were excellent and price was right. I certainly made the right decision. Any issues I have had were quickly resolved (usually in a week). They must work in an office because they seem to understand you can't wait two weeks to get any new parts. For example, I had an issue with the clasp on the battery and it broke. When I called about this, they were aware of the issue and sent me a new backing with the newly designed clasp--no questions asked and no need to return old one. I believe they send this out immediately. Initial designs found some short with the wire and this was also quickly fixed; when I called to ask about this issue, they sent me a new light immediately and I just had to return the old light in a reasonable amount of time to not get charged for the new light. I've had no more issues than people who own other brands and their responsiveness to the consumer to update product and design is remarkable and absolutely no hassles with customer service. I was thinking of going with another light but I am not going to risk poor customer service.

I have a personal preference with the touch on-off feature-actually, I love this feature and feel it is worth the extra cost. If you put in the right location, you will not accidentally turn this on and off. I love the fact I can turn on and off any time without needing to remove gloves and this eliminates cross-contamination issues.
