This is another place that is struggling with getting drivers in and out in a timely manner. Simply put, arrived at 6:30am on 9/21/2020 for a 10:00am appointment and was assigned a door at 10:30am. Receptionist was super friendly, but that s where the story goes south. It is 7:00pm and trailer still has not been loaded. Loading process hasn t even begun. Delivery appointments are blown now, but the excuses for delays are readily available. I ve been told that the dock workers have went to lunch, they ve called out of work and are short-staffed. At this point, I ve been here for 12.5 hours and counting. I will likely be spending the night here tonight. This is another place to AVOID COMING TO AT ALL COST.
