Review of Monterey Sheraton Hotel

I stayed at the Monterey Marriott this past August...

I stayed at the Monterey Marriott this past August. Booked two rooms for multiple days for family. I valet parked our vehicle at the front drive when we arrived and we walked everywhere for two days because of the great location. The car literally never moved. Drove back to the rental car place at SFO, turned in the rental car, and flew home. Last month I received a letter from the rental car company saying I had an unpaid parking violation for $60 from the city of Monterey parking garage. Apparently the valets parked my car illegally and I got a ticket. They of course never said a word. I called the hotel 4 times to complain and nobody from management bothered to ever call me back. Long time Marriott Bonvoy member who is now stuck with a bogus parking ticket to pay. Will never stay there again. BEWARE!!!!
