Because of some emergency-type financial difficulties, we ended up with 2 very high interest credit cards, and a real need to replace the 58-year old windows on our house. Our bank would not let us borrow anything! I stopped in at First Family on a "whim" not thinking we could get a loan, but just our of curiosity. Well, Carlos Carter met me at the door, and he made it happen! We closed yesterday! He had a very positive attitude all the way, and the loan was quick, with an excellent interest rate.
