Yes this once was a 5 star but sadly the place is looking worn out due to lack of general maintenance with most tiles in each area falling off such as the spa and every walkway .

The staff a great but the Wakatipu restaurant serving pizza like Domino s was very peculiar on Sunday.

Expected at least brassiere standard food but received at best, cafe .

The room was advertised as a king room which would assume a king bed but it was diminutive at almost a meter smaller than the head board
