The service department is very rude. They do not approach you when you pull up. They seem to ignore you and hope they don't have to be the one to deal with you. They had my car for over 3 weeks over spark plugs. When I went to get my car I was carrying a dolly and several boxes and they gave me my keys and walked off. I asked where my car was and they pointed towards their huge parking lot and said "it's somewhere in that lot, just honk your horn from your alarm and you will find it" That is awful "service". My car also smelled of oil for a month and I and whoever rode in my car got awful headaches. I work from my car so it was not pleasant. I would rather deal with a dealer outside of Austin than ever use them again.
