I had the worst experience with this company. I feel completely swindled. I was forced to buy a home under false pretenses. I was shown a home with a washer and dryer. I was told by my realtor that the home came with the appliances. The day before my realtor switched his story and insisted it wasn't in the contract. I was being force to buy something I thought was completely different. I was taken advantage of as a first time home buyer. They did not have my best interest at heart. I dont understand how a realtor can say one thing and it be completely invalid. How is that legal? He also insisted we offered 10k more then we thought necessary. He didn't care or listen to what we wanted. I do not recommend this company and its shady employees.
