My husband and I went in to purchase a tin packer hood, the customer service was horrific. My husband was standing at the counter ready to purchase and the sales associate made a joke saying it s a new fashion statement he s only going to wear the hood & he should get two more so he can cover his shoulders this was very insulting to him considering that he spends a lot of his hard earned money with Filson & owns a lot of their work gear. The professionalism in the sales associates does not match up to the quality of the product. This is also not the first time he has been treated this way at the Seattle location. We will now be extending our trip to Filson just a little further up north & will be taking our business to the Ballard location.
