My wife and I bought our 2013 Honda pilot here. We already did the shopping online and when we arrived they actually had a better Honda model then the one we intended to purchase. We ended up buying the better model for the same price.

it was a good experience but I did think that our trade in value on our Ford escape with low miles should have been better. It's definitely an area you have to be careful with and do more research. The trade-in would be my only complaint. We are considering buying another Honda from the dealership.
