Direct Care Staff (Drs. Nurses etc.) Are GREAT, however some facility policies and care plan mechanisms could stand review and ironing-out by the board of directors and middle management. Overall, TCC is a "decent" operation charged with the difficulties of a greatly varied and the sometimes chaotic lives and needs of it's patients... We all have room for improvement. (BTW, I am a current 4 week, short-term, medical rehab patient at ArchCare TCC.)
