Worst experience with the ER ever!!! We took our 3 year old son in because he fell and hit his head just wanted to make sure he was ok with a huge knot on his head, we sat for 2 1/2 hours and there was barely anyone in the ER. Finally a doctor came in... for 2 minutes gets called away... we sat for another 39 minutes waiting for someone called the nurse in which took them almost 10 minutes after hitting the button so good thing our son wasn t in really bad shape or something worse could of happened!! 10 minutes to respond to the button!!! Unreal!!! Nurse comes in we are like is someone going to check him or??? She has an attitude and says well we will be in when we can. We wait for 30 minutes before walking out... we get a text 2 1/2 hours later that someone will be in shortly that would have been a total of waiting almost 5 hours for someone to see our son!! Shame on you and your staff!!! There was many nurses when we walked out and about 15 people just talking to each other doing nothing!!! Pathetic!!!
