In November, I had a discussion with an employee of your company, who introduced herself as Georgiana Matei. I requested an offer for a mobile phone and details about the rate and price conditions. The price communicated by the person was 570 euros. Knowing that it is possible for the price to be pronounced without VAT ..., I specified if the price includes VAT, to which I was told yes ..., the price includes VAT. Later I had a few more conversations on the phone and each time, I asked if the price is with or without VAT, to which I was always told that the price is with VAT included. After one of the calls, she gave me a phone number, saying that it is her personal number and that we will be able to contact her more quickly, so that I don't have to use customer relations. Now I suspect that my personal number was intentionally given to me, so that the conversations would not be recorded. In the end I accepted the offer proposed by her and I bought two SAMSUNG S8 PLUS phones, with verbal confirmation that the price includes VAT. When I received the first invoice, I understood that I had been deceived. I didn't want to talk to her on her personal number anymore and I called customer relations, I asked her to send Georgiana Matei to contact me. Either she wasn't sent, or she didn't want to call me. Only after I insisted with messages on WhatsApp, only then did he contact me. I asked for explanations regarding the amount that came on the invoice and to calculate once again the monthly rate, to which she started calculating and adding VAT. I asked; how come ..., you told me on the phone and not once, that the price includes VAT ... She replied that she doesn't know anything, that she will check and she will contact me. In the end she sent me a message on WhatsApp, that this is the price and she can't do anything and that I will be contacted by the complainants. They called me from the complaints and told me that the complaint is unfounded and to do what I want ...
