Review of Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Really bad hotel for a few reasons.

Really bad hotel for a few reasons.
1. I paid RM 270 for a really old looking room with old furniture. Please see attached pics for the actual state of the room.

2. The Crystal Crown (a 4 star hotel) that I stayed at the previous night was so much better than this one.

3. The bed wasn't firm at all and sunk throughout the night making my back pain worse.

4. Service was acceptable, although not much frills for a 5 star hotel. Got the impression that white people were treated better than asians like me

5. I will NEVER return and recommend everyone not to stay here at all!
