I have been a customer of Motorcars Honda for almost 20 years. Of course, I expect competent service. However, I would like to say that the service I received from Gloria in the purchase of my new car is truly exemplary!!! In a word...she was AWESOME! Gloria not only found the perfect color I wanted......but she had it ready for me just when she said she would!!! She was patient, friendly and kind. She took the time to show me how to operate all the new features that weren't available in my old car! The fresh flowers were a nice touch! Thank you Motorcar Honda for hiring such dedicated staff!!!
