Horrible experience. Requested a room with an ocean view, received a room of the dome and a car lot in Bayview Tower. Traipsed back down to the front desk to request a room change, ocean view remember. Told there are no ocean view rooms in any tower. I requested the Manager. A male peeks out and runs back in. No manager came out to speak to me, instead I was given a room in the Coastal Tower on the 16th flr. A view of the marsh where the shower water accumulates more outside the shower stall than in. Not even staying my full stay, leaving early. Supremely Disappointed in Harrah's staff and management!!
