Scott was extremely professional and personable. Felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem with my air conditioner unit. Scott was thorough and explained the problems and the solution. Scott also supplied photos so that he could explain all the problems because the unit is on the roof. Thank you so much for the prompt response and great customer service!

This is an add on to my original review. Within two days they sent a crew out to completely replace my air conditioner unit. What a blessing to have Jordan and Mike do the entire job in one day. They were efficient and very tidy. That even laid down a tarp before they started working in the kitchen area. I couldn t be happier and highly recommend Griffin Service!!!

Another add on for a third location, our primary residence. Again everyone was so prompt getting here and dealing with our problem. Scott was awesome and again very efficient and super pleasant! I so appreciate the fact that they are so fast returning calls and literally coming to our rescue! Thanks again guys!
