I purchased a pre-owned Lexus a few weeks ago and the service was wonderful. Generated by a web inquiry submitted by a relative, Yama Fazli had 2 vehicles ready to be shown + ready for a test drive within a few hours. Yama was well versed about each car model, customer service oriented and very efficient. Purchasing a car is overwhelming and the Lexus team made it less stressful. I would like to send thanks to Stefani Kossingou, the Sr Finance Manager, who was particularly helpful with this piece. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was a pleasure to spend time with Josie Allen to go over all the 'how to's' of the car.
