I had the pleasure of speaking to Brian Hoffman today regarding the results of an appraisal. I had some technical questions for him. I was so pleasantly surprised by his willingness to help me, and, my clients with our understanding of the process. I have been selling real estate for a long time, and, my experience with speaking to appraisers has not always been positive. Brian took a great deal of time to help with us. He offered practical solutions to address our problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and had a genuine interest in helping us. I cannot recommend him more highly.
